Beautiful Japanese Scenery
In this blog, I will gradually introduce beautiful photographs of Japanese scenery that I have taken myself.
This photograph was taken at Murouji Temple in Nara Prefecture.
I took this photo at the end of September. Although it was still too early for the autumn leaves to change color, the temple was very beautiful and surrounded by a peaceful silence. I hear that the temple is even more beautiful during the autumn foliage season, so I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity.
By the way, I did not have enough time to go there myself, but the temple’s inner sanctuary, Okunoin, is located at the top of another 700 steep steps from where I took this photograph. If you have the chance, I highly recommend visiting it as well.
