Beautiful Scenery in Japan
In this blog, I will gradually introduce some of the beautiful scenery of Japan that I have photographed myself over the years.
This is a photograph of Oirase Gorge in Aomori Prefecture.
Oirase Gorge stretches for approximately 14 kilometers and is a peaceful and refreshing place where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of a mountain stream and small waterfalls, as well as moss-covered rocks, lush green trees, the gentle sound of flowing water, and birdsong.
The road is not particularly wide, and some sections are quite narrow, but this is a place where you can enjoy the beauty of each season: fresh green foliage from spring to summer, colorful autumn leaves, and snowy winter landscapes. Many people visit throughout the year to enjoy these changing seasonal views.
Since a road runs along the stream, it is possible to drive through the area by car. However, there is also a walking trail along the river, so I highly recommend taking a walk along the stream.
If you visit by rental car, there are only a limited number of areas where you can park. Many visitors park their cars in wider sections along the road, so please park in an area where you see many other cars parked.
Lake Towada and Towada Shrine are also located nearby, so I highly recommend visiting these places as well.
I will continue to post many more photographs, so please look forward to them.
